Además, en la zona de los edificios OPP, el régimen estaría amenazando a las personas que continúan realizando labores de rescate. Wilmer logró rescatar con vida a decenas de personas y recuperar más de un centenar de cuerpos. Su detención ocurre después de las fuertes declaraciones que ofreció a medios internacionales, en las que denunció la falta de apoyo por parte del Estado. ¡GRAVE!
