Had a great time for my first ever indoor at the Norton MLK invitational! I ran 200 and 4x200 both qualified for Adidas Indoor Nationals in Virginia beach. 200(23.17):

I won the 60mh National elite at Adidas indoor nationals with a time of 8.28. Despite the rough start i was able to pull of a comeback win! Tomorrow is my last day, i will be competing in the 4x4 relay.

ALL AMERICAN!!! I had a great day today finishing 2nd in the 60m hurdles championship division at Adidas indoor nationals. Also got to meet the goat Grant Halloway! So thank fyp to be able to have this amazing opportunity

Had a great first day at Adidas Indoor Nationals in Virginia. I posted a new 60mh PR of 8.35 which was the fastest prelim time in the National Elite. I also ran a 22.36 4x2 split. Looking forward to finals tomorrow!

Had a great first day at Adidas indoor nationals, competed in the boys 60m hurdles and with a time of 8.04 I’m seeded 2nd for tomorrows final. Looking forward to a full weekend of great racing!

Had a great time today at eastern indoors. Won the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.09 and excited to keep working to improve!

Opened up my 23’ indoor campaign with a 7.72 60m (PR:7.66). So much room to improve. I’m ready to get back in the lab and build “🧱 by 🧱”.
