Youth Ride Free is back, with support from CCTA and local transit partners. June 1 through July 31, youth 18 and under can ride County Connection, WestCAT & Tri Delta Transit buses for FREE. No application, no ID, no pass – just get on and go. Learn more: YouthRideFree.com This countywide program was made possible in part by contributions from Contra Costa County Supervisors Diane Burgis and Shanelle Scales-Preston – helping to ensure every student or child in the county has access to free transit this summer.

Happy Bike to Wherever Day! Energizer Stations are up and running across the Bay Area. Here's a photo of the biggest 511 CCTA Energizer Station (with our friends at EBRPD) and our first visitor of the morning. If you're in Walnut Creek, we're at the intersection of the Contra Costa Canal & Iron Horse Trails. Selfies with the BTWD photo frame are always free (as are the snacks and high fives). If you can't visit us, find an Energizer Station near you: 511.ccta.ca.gov/bike-to-wherev… #BTWD2026 @ccta
