I don't use yeast for my recipes, since I let the starter work for a couple of days. However, when I run into my usual problem with changing temperatures and humidity, I have added a bit of yeast to see if it wakes up the starter more. I must do something wrong, because how hard can that be, right? But it never gives me the results I am looking for. Must be me.
