@qqysarabian Always sad that both sides of this sport don’t want to see tumbling like this anymore. This is only .1 in MAG and .2 for WAG. Being able to control your bounce is just as impressive and important as the power for a double double.

One of the Milton sisters just posted an Instagram reel in what looks like a pretty nice gym but nothing compared to gage. It’s nice to see them training. It’s a little unfortunate that they have to spot or assist each other on a pak but they look happy so.

@m1ssdelaney Although bars was a weak event for her, as a kid there is something to be said of training all the events. Even if you aren’t an AA athlete, you just get to a point where you accept that this is the legacy of gymnastics.

@jareaunodi In 2022 Jayla Hang competed in the Nastia Cup on Friday and then the Junior Session of Winter Cup on Saturday since they were the same weekend back then.

Holding Nastia cup and American cup on the same weekend is kinda insane
