NOT the former player. Just a fan of his. Posting about Rams, following people who watch film, learning from them. Talking Rams history and stats.

shots fired Jake rips people who offer ignorant opinions. I know people who love Jake, post all his stuff, and will be all mad that they get called out ... LOL "You opinion is, basically, ignorant" He's right. And ignorance breeds hate.

Dick Butkus was the heartbeat of the Chicago Bears defense and one of the most feared linebackers the game has ever seen. He played with raw intensity, brutal instincts, and a nonstop motor that defined old-school football.

classic journeyman ... 4th team in six years, kind of a stopgap guy. can hold a position until you get someone really good
Ian Rapoport@RapSheet

The #Bucs are signing former #Panthers and #Rams LB Christian Rozeboom, per agents Chris Gittings and Jeremiah Sirles, as he stays in the division. He had 122 tackles last year.

@actionjv2020 Tutu, at best, a limited gadget-type player, a role player, and that kind of guy and that small was never going to be worth 2nd round pick...had he returned kicks/punts and did other things but he didn't have it in him

@53_jim70721 Tutu with his size wasn’t great or used much in the blocking surface. Just felt we struggle at times getting open on 3rd and short and Tutu was great at getting quick separation.

Tutu Atwell is complicated story. It can never be justified, and many said so at the time, that he be taken over Creed. He also did not provide things you must have from a novelty receiver- returning punts and kicks for example. He was high character guy who just lacked a lot

@actionjv2020 Again, not suggesting he was bad or anything, just that he lacked something that caused others to get more snaps ahead of him, even rookie-types. What did he lack? Size? Blocking? Not much of a contributor on special teams? Some of those? All of those?

@actionjv2020 What makes you think he earned one? Why does it have to be given to him? I guess it comes down to McVay's competency. And when you have one of best offenses in NFL over a decade in the NFL, I kinda trust McVay's decisions. If Tutu showed what it took, he'd have played more

Hope he does well, but his market value is now known ... he is a gimmick guy who was not terrible but will always be the reminder of not having an All Pro center right when Rams needed one.

@JeffStorey4872 I'm 95% sure Stafford wanted him BAD. May not be over? Maybe another deal after June 1 ... issue is if Rams take a WR high ... would likely end it for sure. But ... he wasn't my fav, either

@HeyThereH2O Adams played more and more slot as he got older, until last year, that is not the issue. Issue is why mess with AJ? Risky, IMO.

@53_jim70721 Why risk a old man playing slot with one injury away from ending his career when you can play a young fresh biletnikoff award winner at slot and also as a return specialist and he’ll be easy to keep at home when his rookie contract expires because he’s a LA native at heart
