Pro Tip: no supply chain issues when you buy local at the farmers market. Restocked on a great selection of protein from Yerxa’s and coffee from Whitney.

@douglaswilliams Original recipe was mild red pataks. Went through litres of paste a night.

Buy some maple syrup. We are in NB and it is basically everywhere. If you plan on substituting something for actual maple syrup it is time to stop reading. While at the grocery store also buy some curry. At Brewbakers we make our curry, but Patak’s Mild Curry is a good option.

So Maple Curry Chicken Penne is an original Fredericton thing (much like the Dave Matthews Cocktail by Wes Ward), so it seems it is time to help people make it correctly at home when it is tough to get out to eat. @JeanneCBC
