starting 2 yrs ago and ending last yr I did a full FF mainline series playthrough, I did my end of year top 10s but I never did a full formal tier list at the end with the series

@Gabby_Abby23 Idk why people like to say re7 did this or that so it's untouchable rather than just saying they liked it. RE7 is literally just another successful game, re6 was also successful financially and re2r was successful. Re7 did not save the franchise much less Capcom lol

@Bob5335 I wouldn't be shocked if that what their plan ends up being, but the outcry against it in surveys and on social media was pretty large I'd like to have some optimism for a swift turnaround, otherwise every celeb up until they fix this is just gonna have a negative stigma

@theybert I try to accommodate people who like those games and RE2 Remake does have a few enjoyable changes for me but yeah I can't pretend I don't vastly prefer the originals with their artistic intent and feel. the REmakes feel made to appease meanwhile OG REs were unabashedly themselves

@59Emma1 Re1 is a much more manageable game remake to me since it is so wildly different and advanced compared to the original, i looked at comparisons for re2 and re4 and I just cant justify choosing to experience the remakes over the originals I think the remakes look gross lol

@theybert @DaTruthDT I like OG RE1 but that's a case where it's actually ok the remake of RE1 is made by near the same team and it's a much more faithful remake, with most changes being for the better (still salty the other games didn't get remade in its vision cuz stuck on GameCube and didn't sell)

@59Emma1 @DaTruthDT didn’t realize id bought re1 remake at first so i just ran with it but going forward i am going to be prioritizing the original releases of the games

@theybert @DaTruthDT Idk where you stand on the whole remake vs og but if ur playing RE1 and enjoying it I definitely would recommend playing OG RE2 over the remake. More natural progression and you could branch into playing code Veronica if you wanted to continue Claire's plot thread

@DaTruthDT Cool cool I’ll definitely play it then. I’m about halfway done with my first Re1 playthrough right now and if Re2 is even half as good as this game is then I’ve no problem playing that as well

@DKD1607 Nah hybrids are def better, too useful for int mv and Gohan is so well suited to how that team runs. Babidi can still be dodge or die in a lot of scenarios the only thing he's got going for him over them is the ability to slot 1 against bio fully built up as a dodge or die unit

@DaTruthDT The way both sides of the unit are allowed to be explosive and have answers to mechanics is such a good design. its a shame Jiren went away they would've been easily like the best unit for him

Dokkan Frontier is incredible. I am surprised they actually cooked something this fun. I think this mode will be so fun once the roster of characters we can use is expanded. So like the DBS Future Trunks Arc Dokkan Frontier would go so unbelievably hard.

People using the unit in their non intended situations by plugging him in before the DDL would make him look worse. The tag MV team is much better for him and those equips are easy to have.
