The Pi value won't work this way. The Pi value has already been fixed at GCV. The Pi value doesn't depend on pioneers buying Pi. Pi value is from the pioneers' consensus and 20 million GCV data. Buying Pi is not for the Pi value itself. It is meant for pioneers so they can use Pi after the Pi value is implemented. Otherwise, they won't be able to afford it once the Pi value is set.
