@Sofology waited 10 weeks for a sofa to be delivered with the incorrect coloured legs, 2 weeks later still no date as to when they are sending new ones? Waited 2 hours to get through to be placed no.3, no.4, back to 3, back to 4 in the queue to then be cut off?

@Sofology @abbie_morrod Whats frustrating is that you set delivery dates and just didn’t show up. We got rid of our old sofa for the new arriving. If we’d kept our our okd one there would have been no issue waiting for the new one. I think you need to employ more people to answer the phones tbh!

Sofology delivery slot: 12 - 4pm...they'll ring before they arrive. Considering it's now 3.36pm, I'm starting to doubt both the slot and the call.

So my sofa is still with the supplier. Wouldn’t be an issue if you kept customers up to date and didn’t tell them it was ready to be delivered… I’d have kept my old sofa longer… but it’s in the bin and we have no sofa for the foreseeable now, cheers #sofology #sofagate
