pc check on mooda clears 99.9% of cheats used in the past 2 months. imo he was definitely banned for cheating on R6 7 years ago. as much as that sucks and we shouldn't normalize it, i'm happy that evidence points to him not coming into our game recently cheating to gain clout

This is a followup to the early patch tweet last week around responding to concerns around re-enabling Duo queue in Apex ranks.
