I lost a friend in Jeff Fylling yesterday. I will miss his witt, his love for Augustana Athletics, his insight on local, state, and national politics, and his recommendations on where to find the best 1,000 island dressing in the state! May God bless his soul.

AZ Balloon Festival provided opportunity for pic inside a Hot Air Balloon. The Scottsdale Art and Wine show had a vast array of original art that appealed to everyone. The car of the day found in a parking lot. Enjoyed a few mocktails in Nordstroms. Great day with Paige.

#SilverseaAntarctica expedition excursions included kayaking, a polar plunge, a visit to an old whaling station where bones from whales were still visible even after 80 to 100 years, and of course visiting penguin colonies!

It may be a little chilly for us, but the last few mornings have given us some spectacular sunrises. Stay positive!
