Not only is Virginia Democrat’s SB 749 blatantly unconstitutional (see my AG Opinion) but by removing the grandfather clause with a stroke of a pen countless law abiding citizens who have never committed a crime can be punished up to 12 months in jail all for believing in their Right to Keep and Bear Arms. Seems some want to lower criminal penalties on everyone but the law abiding citizens of Virginia. All for the “crime” of having a magazine more than 10 rounds, the innocent will become criminals on July 1, 2026.

I immediately unsubscribed to their emails with this response: It is unfortunate that Alex Pretti was killed, but maybe he shouldn't have interfered with Federal law enforcement. By all means I send my condolences to his family but I will not be part of making him a martyr. Are you also going to praise the VCU nurse who was trying to get people to give Succs to an ICE Officer?  Yes- I voted for President Trump and I VOTED FOR THIS! Do not try to indoctrinate people. Good to see you all. I missed you. Thanks for everything while we worked on cleaning up. Working in the administration was the experience of a lifetime. We will have something for you soon. -The Trump team is not kidding around. It’s an otherworldly experience from the other side. He’s determined and focused. And having been around quite a few Presidents, this one broke the mold. -If we blocked you, it’s because we care so little about your bullshit that we deem it not worthy of even seeing. If you’re bitching and whining about it that means you can’t exist without seeing and commenting on ours. You’ll need to get over that. WTF? Nursing is no longer a profession? I have a Master's Degree in Nursing. I work 2 jobs One at the bedside in Life Long Health and the other as a Nursing Informatics Specialist for a large Health IT company. I have been a nurse over 40 years and you are saying I am NOT a professional???
