What do Kenyans’ daily struggles have to do with his campaign psychology? The truth is simple that elections are not a licence for leaders to ignore the public until the next vote. Citizens have a right to speak, to protest and to demand accountability in between elections. When a president answers pain with campaign language, he exposes himself and It means he is thinking more about political survival than public suffering.
