That said, I don’t understand the amount of energy ppl have spent over the years on projects tied to a part of the $CAW puzzle that the puzzle’s own author (the CAW deployer) flagged as a red herring.
The puzzle literally warns:

It’s odd to me that people treat the “manifesto” as guidance when the riddle itself marks it as a distraction.
This has been the case since 2022.

I'm a puzzle hunter, that's called a clue not a white paper.
At best, it’s just a proposal. Everyone can make their own choices, but people should understand this before making any investments.
