Nagoshi Studios has deleted its official YouTube channel as NetEase has reportedly halted all funding for GANG OF DRAGON, the studio’s debut title. Led by Yakuza creator Toshihiro Nagoshi, the game was revealed at The Game Awards 2025. According to reports, the project needs an extra 44 million dollars to finish, which NetEase refused following a cost reassessment. This signals serious trouble for the game.
