Stranraer FC can confirm that Mark Russell has officially left the club and has signed for fellow League Two side @Stirling_Albion. Mark joined the Blues from Portadown just over eighteen months ago and went on to make seventy appearances for the club, scoring eighteen goals during his time at Stair Park. His commitment, ability and leadership were recognised at the start of this season when he was appointed club captain. Everyone at Stranraer Football Club would like to thank Mark for all of his efforts and contributions in a Blues shirt, and we wish him every success in his future.

Our thoughts are with Ollie’s family and friends at this time. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
