Travel ball gets all the blame. But bad high school pitcher usage does just as much damage. One coach riding one arm over and over can end a season — or a career. I see it happen all the time at the varsity level. Coaches need to be better!

Imagine paying for your kid to be a part of a travel program only to show up to an event to find a guest player on scholarship taking ABs and innings away from him because the business owner wants a trophy in his hitting facility. This stuff happens.
