They claim an officer showed up with a woman who legally was not supposed to be near the property due to protective orders and instead of verifying anything he allegedly ignored the paperwork crumpled it and forced his way inside.

Virginia Legend Daniel Frishkorn has passed away at Age 41 🙏🏻
Frishkorn was truly one of Virginia wrestling’s all-time greats.
A graduate of Great Bridge High School in Chesapeake, Virginia, he was a four-time Virginia State Champion and finished his high school career as the winningest wrestler in VA history with 182 victories.
His résumé speaks for itself: 2002 Ironman Champion, 2002 Beast of the East Champion, NHSCA Senior National Champion at 130 pounds, two-time Junior National Freestyle All-American, Dapper Dan Wrestling Classic winner, and member of the USA Dream Team. He was ranked No. 1 in his weight class by Amateur Wrestling News, Wrestling USA Magazine, and WIN Magazine.
He went on to wrestle for Oklahoma State University, where he became an All-American in 2005, placing 4th at 141 pounds for the Cowboys.
Rest in peace, Daniel.
