This is the Second time @tiktok_us has falsely flagged my videos for being "unoriginal" the first time they accepted my appeal weeks later restoring monetization but only qualifying 18k of the 200k+ views. My latest video which has now done over half a million views in under 48hours was automatically flagged again for "unoriginal content" this time I submitted an appeal and was again denied with the reasoning changing to "low quality" stating its a "reaction video" Any real human review would obviously be able to see and tell that this was an original piece of actual edited gameplay. Absolutely no issues on other platforms like Youtube and Instagram with the same video. Its also really frustrating that this has conveniently been happening to my more viral videos, not monetizing the views while flagged and while under review, then only being reinstated once the vitality and relevance slows down.

@713space @tiktok_us Similar thing has happened to my bf @Miinty__ several times, the videos were originally flagged as unoriginal when they were edited clips from his stream, however his appeals were denied but the reasons changed to “low quality content”

@ChucktheCG @tiktok_us Interesting, still doesn't explain the initial auto flag for "unoriginal" and most of the time after appeal it becomes eligible again. This was the first time it was denied after appeal for "low quality"

So this is because you don’t edit your clips really to a degree tiktok accepts, any gameplay with a facecam you are really playing roulette on if you will get disqualified or not. I got kicked out of the creator program for a month despite editing more with captions, zooms, etc. tiktoks system actually blows but you might have to start editing more to avoid that
