Criada por pressão do centrão e da direita, atendendo a pedidos de empresas como Havan e Multilaser, a taxa das blusinhas não cumpriu nenhum objetivo que seus defensores pregavam, como a fabricação nacional. Ao invés disso, as empresas passaram a monopolizar a capacidade de importação para revender, com preços maiores, os mesmos produtos que antes eram importados diretamente por pessoas mais pobres. Celebro a decisão!
