모종의 이유로 엄마한테 우울증이 있다는 걸 들키고 정신과도 다녔었는데 엄마는 나한테 힘든 거 있으면 말하라고 했다 그래서 어느 날은 힘들다고 말을 했더니 건강하게 잘 지내다가 갑자기 귀찮게 왜 또 그러냐는 반응이었다 이러이러해서 힘들다 하니까 모두가 다 그렇고 다 참고 지내는거라한다

그때 디자인입시 정시특강(정시특강이 뭔지 아는사람들:💀💀)하고 있을 시기였는데 진짜 너무 토할 것 같고 어지럽고 그래서 그림그리다가 갑자기 답답해서 뛰쳐나가고 조퇴 밥먹듯이 하고 그랬었음 정특은 10시간씩 매일 그림을 쉼없이 그려야하는데 우울증 기면증 ADHD 그리고 약 부작용이 나를 죽임

덧붙이자면 프리스틱 ‘갑자기‘ 단약은 절대하지마세욤 저는 기면증 검사한다고 4일동안 복용하고 있는 모든 약물들을 중단해야했어서 어쩔 수 없이 중단했는데 진짜 토할거같고 어지럽고 브레인잽스 이미친새끼때문에 성격 나빠지고 검사 끝나고나서 바로다시 먹음 다른 약물로 우회해서 끊으시길

프리스틱 단약할 때 얼마나 좆같은지 아는사람들 모임도 만들어야함 진짜 죽을 뻔했음 너무 고통스러워서

좆같은일들이 매일일어나서 내 삶에 일대기에서 어느 부분을 꼽아도 좆같은 기억밖에 안떠오름 제발

@72fy_ do you remember the name of it? im not too worried since ive withdrawed without sypmtoms from like 3 different ssris but snri withdrawal does seem more likely so i want to note that down maybe my concerta will help me with norepinephrine stuff idk tho

@noitdidnthappen The experience I just mentioned happened cause I had to suddenly stop due to a different test₍ᐡඉ ̫ ඉᐡ₎ anyway If you taper off slowly with the help of another medication, you should be okay. Good luck!! > ̫ <♡ I'll always cheer for you!

@noitdidnthappen maybe Your doctor will probably give you another medication to help minimize antidepressant discontinuation syndrome when you stop pristiq. I tapered off by switching through another medication!

@noitdidnthappen yeah brain zaps, i think it is not so painful but it's quite annoying when it lasts՞߹ - ߹՞ plus, some nausea and dizziness so I couldn't eat at all and cannot concentrate on my study on that days

@72fy_ really? you mean brain zaps? i might be an outlier cus ive never had withdrawals from stopping antidepressants but when i was sick for a bit i got brain zaps and they felt good like i was getting massaged
