@SHEIN_Official Good Afternoon i tryed setting up a account with my mobile number and it says it is already in use WHY? as i had to active the sim card Before which was brought from Argos i could use it can you please remove the number please so i can add the number again?

@NatWest_Help Good Morning I spoke to a customer service agent yesterday can you let me know how long it takes for a account to be unfrozen he did say about 24 hours as i need to transfer money from 1 account to another for a direct debit for tomorrow morning
