If you managed to compile all of the things about Benzaitengoku back then, you'll realize how awesome the arc is and its very theme. 4.0 opening with Miku and Pearl in4.1

If they adjust it, they'll only have the Amphoreus songs to serve which are not enough.
Side Quest King ( anniversary song ), Solo Maxxing, and Ravings were lately produced during that delay, and won't make it in time to be inserted in the live concert.

But I wouldn't say the total view count depended on it. But it helped multiply it.
Story related songs don't get used as ads.
It's usually version trailers or character demos.

What Planarcadia experiences rn is no different from what early Amphoreus suffered back then when people kept saying Penacony or Belobog are better.

Amphoreus contents during 3.0-3.2 were notoriously dry too. I wouldn't say the previous year was perfect, but at the very least the anniversary concert was handled quite well.
