I'd neither expect nor want to see a public rant from Peet in response to that shambles, but the fact is there's been too many "wake up calls", "kicks up the backside", "not good enoughs" and promises of "responses" for this to be a "bad day at the office."

@Birchall_87 This is probably the biggest disappointment, given this is Deacon's main job. Expected much more for this season after a limp 2025.

We definitely should've been testing Murphy a lot more than we did. Our last play options were shocking

No one can argue Saints fully deserved that win. Some poor decision making from players like Keighran who should know better, but Matt Peet's team selection and use of subs was utterly bizarre today

@GaryOrmiston1 @TheiPaperSport @johnnyddavidson Good read and, agreed the game has gone backwards in terms of quality, coverage and mostly value. The super league has failed given only 3 clubs won it in 20 years. The talent pool is too small to produce a full season of competitive fixtures.
