@fitbit @FitbitSupport @fitbit I received an email for the Fitbit Ionic recall, I went through the refund registration process and saw refund payment is done throug paypal, I however do not have a paypal account, what is my other option for refund.

@DStv The profile is correct, it was reset about 4 times with a consultant. On the tablet and cell phone all channels on profile show, on the dstv app on smart tv it only shows limited channels

@78sag Hi, please share a picture of the channels you're able to watch - we suspect it may be a profile issue. ~AVH

I have a thing about birthday dates, if I can save your date on my phone and remember it, then I sort of expect you to remember mine. So today is my birthday, somehow FB hidden the date and did not remind my friends. Only received couple messages guess now I know my true friends.
