a lot of women do turn down your man bc he’s in a rship w you, but that urge to cheat on you was so strong he just had to find someone he could convince to do it. see why focusing on the other woman is pointless? if it wasn’t her, it’d be the next one. focus!

@ChiefShif_ I actually agree with you. This way I can learn all the things I don’t like upfront and just leave him be as a follower or whatever

If you're in real estate.. You need to intentionally lower your IQ. (Not joking) I meet people every month with no CRM, no understanding of AI or even Zapier, and no education, absolutely crushing it. You'll meet people with quite literally less than 1 brain cell making multiple 7-figures per year. All the overthinking, overanalyzing, and overplanning is what stalls a real estate business. You really just need to talk to as many people as possible and spend 90%+ of your time trying to put deals together. That's it. If you're spending your day in spreadsheets & AI but your dealboard is dry, pick up the phone. (This excludes certain niches within real estate of course)

the strangest part of elite sf circles is that any shortcoming in business is viewed primarily as a character defect yes, there are a million forces at play, but if only you were a greater man or woman, you probably could have figured it out

There are real estate owners out there who don't know anything about real estate. Some may have inherited their property, or some may have bought it a while back and are not actually in the real estate business. Yet, they have a random price in mind at which they would sell. There's no rhyme, reason, or logic to their number - but they want, say: $8.8M. Most of the time this happens, that $8.8M ask is only worth $4M. But every now and then, it's actually worth $15M - and if you're in the real estate business long enough, you run into a couple of those.

@unusual_whales Unemployment is less than 4.5%. What are you talking about? We always have a few million unemployed. If the labor force is 150 million people, 5% unemployment rate means 7.5 mm people are usually always looking for work. This is the normal US economy.
