Genetic algorithms are literally designed for finding global optimum 😂 like ALL metaheuristic algorithms It can't guarantee it. but ofc viruses, antibiotic resistant bacteria, DNA matching across fossils is wrong because an imperfect bio-mimicking algorithm says so (it doesn't)
