Courts weigh three factors for an arrest warrant: crime seriousness, evidence destruction risk, and flight risk. BSH isn’t one….he’s been in SK since the travel ban.
💀But they still think he can destroy evidence because he 🚨changed his phones before the investigation even started (acting like they gave him the schedule 💀😂), and🚨 Hybe switched its internal messaging system in 2020… six years ago, right after the IPO (they say they lost access to the chats). Lol, which company hasn’t done that? Where I work we keep ping ponging between outlook and Google💀
