People quit when things get hard because the thought of something being hard forever is unbearable But nothing hard lasts forever. You either quit. It gets easier. Or you get harder. No matter what. It always ends. But you only lose when you quit before you see it through.

Those who want to lead and orchestra must be willing to turn their backs on the crowd.

Big rewards often come with big risks. But most risk is an illusion. Illusion: You starve, go homeless, & die. Reality: You go back to zero & start over. (Which sometimes sounds oddly freeing) Thats when you realize the biggest risk is not taking any. So maybe shoot your shot.
