本日、小野田担当大臣から、１月に新たに取りまとめた「外国人の受入れ・秩序ある共生のための総合的対応策」の進捗について報告を受け、着実に取組が進められていることを確認しました。
以下に一例をご紹介しますが、詳細については、内閣官房HP（cas.go.jp/jp/seisaku/sym…）をご覧いただければと思います。
・入国前の事前審査を行う「電子渡航認証制度（JESTA）」の導入に向けた法案の提出
・「不法滞在者ゼロプラン」の強力な推進により、不法残留者数が前年比6,375人減
・「経営・管理」の審査厳格化により、入国前の申請件数自体が96％減
・「永住者」について、税金の不払い等による資格の取消しを開始（令和9年4月から）
・必要な在留期間を10年に引き上げるなど、帰化の要件を厳格化
・日本語や制度等を学ぶプログラムの創設に向けた検討を開始
・訪日外国人の審査対象となる医療費不払額を引き下げ、不払い発生を防止
・不動産登記等の土地関連制度において、所有者の国籍把握を開始
・「安全保障のための土地取得等の規制」、「地下水の保全・利用」、「適切な土地利用の在り方」について、それぞれ有識者会議での議論
政府においては、国民の皆様が感じておられる不安や不公平感に向き合うとともに、外国人政策を「秩序」あるものとし、国民の皆様と外国人の双方が安全・安心に生活するため、「総合的対応策」に基づく幅広い取組を迅速に実行しています。
ルールを守り滞在・居住しておられる大部分の外国人の皆様のためにも、問題ある行為には毅然と対応することで、「外国人との秩序ある共生社会」の実現を目指してまいります。

本日、イスラエルがホロコースト・メモリアルデーを迎えるにあたり、私は声を上げる必要性を強く感じました。
先日放送された『モーニングショー』の番組内において、玉川 徹氏が、ジャレッド・クシュナー氏はユダヤ人であるという理由で外交交渉から排除されるべきだと示唆した懸念すべき発言について、テレビ朝日に正式な書簡を送りました。
クシュナー氏の外交における役割は、彼の宗教とは無関係です。彼はアブラハム合意を含め、地域の平和の前進に大きく貢献しており、豊富な実績と専門知識を有しています。
平和構築は、経験と誠実さに基づくべきであり、個人の属性や宗教に基づくべきではありません。
差別や反ユダヤ主義が入り込む余地は一切ありません。
とりわけホロコースト・メモリアルデーである今日においては、あらゆる憎悪や排除に対して断固として立ち向かう必要があります。
テレビ朝日が本件に対し、然るべき重大さをもって対応することを信じています。

Today, as Israel marks Holocaust Remembrance Day, I felt compelled to speak out. I have sent a formal letter to TV Asahi regarding concerning remarks made by Mr. Toru Tamagawa on “Morning Show,” suggesting that Mr. Jared Kushner should be excluded from diplomatic negotiations because he is Jewish. Mr. Kushner’s role in diplomacy has nothing to do with his religion. He has contributed significantly to advancing peace in the region, including through the Abraham Accords, and brings valuable experience and expertise to such efforts. Peace efforts must be based on experience and good faith - not identity or religion. There is no place for discrimination or antisemitism. Especially today, we must stand firmly against any form of hatred and exclusion. I trust TV Asahi will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
