@800ALFRED very disappointing service one of the advisor call Tamali who is ignoring calls and msgs from whom I have taken health insurance requested for some changes for which she is not responding also raised complaint over the contact center still no response.

@800ALFRED you’re amazing in selling but extremely WEAK when we really need your guidance and need to claim a damage. We are the good people if we are buying/renewing a policy, however we become the ENEMY when an accident happens!
