@emmystevenx I totally agree, that’s through repentance. Sin does create shame. Jesus first message was “repent” 2 Corinthians 7:10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

@800man08 How can a person who's not saved work in the Spirit? Isn't the goal to get the person saved first? And then allow the Holy Spirit to work on the person.

Come to me, all who are weary and heavy-laden with guilt, with labels, with regret, with “you should have…” and I will give you rest. There is therefore now no condemnation, no shame for anyone who is in Christ Jesus. He doesn’t stand over you with a stone in His hand. He took the stones for you. ~ Had sex? He forgives. ~ Used birth control? He’s not shocked. ~ Got pregnant? He loves you both wildly. ~ Raising a child alone? He calls Himself a Father to the fatherless and a defender of widows. ~ Still a virgin? He honors that too. ~ Single and wondering if you’ll ever be “enough”? You already are—fully known, fully loved, fully His. In Christ, there is no second-class daughter. No hierarchy of “good girls” and “bad girls.” No shame that His blood didn’t already wash away. You are not your past. You are not your choices. You are not the whispers or the side-eyes. You are loved with an everlasting love. Your story isn’t over; it’s just getting started in Him. So lay the shame down, sister. Jesus already carried it to the cross and left it in the tomb. You're free, clean, and you're His. No fear, no shame, just grace alone ❤️

@faree_for_real I think abortion is naturally shameful. Especially when it’s done outside of medical necessity. That is just the nature of the action killing the life was conceived. I don’t know who is shaming women for birth control if not to have fornication since fornication is a sin.

They shame women for abortion and still shame women for using birth control lol. We will never be free

Get to know the God of the Bible: His nature, His relationship with humans, His identity, His justice, His mercy, and His character. Knowing Him will save you from being deceived and falling into a false religion.
