Obsession (2026) has (imo) one of the most effective depictions of a possession that I’ve seen in a horror film in a long time. The implication that Nikki was completely aware of what was happening made it all the more tragic and terrifying. Inde Navarrette deserves all the hype.

@unlucky_Gurl_ I heard a while back that he was working on a giallo set in Paris with Isabelle Huppert! It’s since gone quiet so I assume it’s no longer happening but I would’ve LOVED to see that!

Me waiting patiently for Her Private Hell after reading nothing but absolutely scathing reviews for it. In an era of overwhelmingly positive first reactions that end in underwhelming movies (especially in horror) seeing such an intense negative backlash almost feels refreshing.

One of my favorite chase scenes. The camerawork is so smooth, it makes me feel like I’m on a ride. Movies (especially horror) need to bring back this kind of chase scene! The film: Deceived (1991)

@unlucky_Gurl_ The movements fit with the Japanese dub so well, making everything feel more like an anime (which also helps with the magical girl elements) but the English dub just doesn’t work with it imo. Whenever I watch CT3 playthroughs it has to be with the Japanese dub.

I srs think that Clock Tower 3 have one of the best uses of MoCap in horror games from the PS2 era. The exaggerated movement made the game truly unique & perfectly fitting with the "theatrical" artistic style. It may look silly to many but that's what makes it fascinating for me.
