The majority of violent crime in our cities is committed by a very small number of people. They’re not hard to find because they’re repeat offenders. If we get them off the streets, we’d bring down crime precipitously & people can start enjoying our cities again. Headed back to my hometown of Cincinnati to discuss our plan with locals today, it’s time for Ohio to lead the way.
