Someone told me today this act is important because it protects our shared resources and I can still get an Act 250 permit!
Since he sees the land I purchased for my children as a "shared resource" I asked if he would be willing to share the cost of the review. It would only be about $15-30k for him if we split it down the middle when the time comes by my estimation. Reasonable, no?
He has yet to respond.

Second look at Paapa Essiedu as Snape in HBO’s Harry Potter series.
People can no longer keep claiming this was purely about casting the best person for the role. If that were true, they would have cared whether he actually looked like Snape. They clearly did not.
That means this was intentional.
