I readily admit that I never thought that I would repeatedly see the Jamaican dollar weakened and strengthen repeatedly against the US dollar in my lifetime after being born in 1981 and tracking the escalating price of a beef patty since I left high school on 1996.
Jamaica has become a true case study of fiscal management after a crisis.
Not even Greece has this track record. Thank you Dr. Peter Phillips and Dr. Nigel Clarke.
