Cowboys fans let’s take someone like demarcus ware, put him into a 4-3, his role doesnt change much, but the change of the system puts him in a different position, right end instead of weakside linebacker, which forces him to learn a new play style. I don't imagine it change

Big Facts @EmmanuelAcho the average person wouldn’t understand this. In a 4-3 the defensive ends are usually the ones that generate the pass rush and the linebackers are depended upon to stop the run along with the defensive tackles. in a 3-4 the defensive end along with the nose
