@890LC Michelin PS4S ordered for the M3, my initial price was £960. Michelin fitting centre not far from me has got a set of 4 for £800 and with a Michelin promotion you get £100 back, £700 is more like it 👍

@890LC The M3 has been laid up over winter, enquired about tyres when I put it away and thought there’s no rush to buy, today it’s £960 for a set of Michelin’s.

@890LC @MunichLegends I tried to get individual for my M2 but Leipzig apparently didn’t have individual paint line. As for the 1M, I seem to remember reading about a blue one and a java green one, not sure if these were factory paint.

I don’t know if these cheap vinyl stickers to change a number plate to UK from GB are strictly legal. They look OK though. I think this year the UK plate might stay on the fridge.

@SimonCarGuy Surrey the same 😩 Had to replace the a tyre on the wife’s car today due to falling into one of them. Speaking to the fitter he said he’s flat out at the moment with 90% of his work just dealing with pothole damages.

I’ve just driven the B4020 in West Oxfordshire and asked my passenger to film (apologies not the best quality but it’s good enough to see the road) I appreciate this is a UK wide issue, not just here but I’m using my voice to speak out for everyone. This is just not acceptable.

@honking_a @SimonCarGuy There's a chap who built a priper Lotus Wagon using one. Simon might know more, but i dont think Lotus modded the core structure of the I6 Carlton, so if you have the engine, trans & rear axle it should slot right in.
