@MetaQuestVR I’ve been waiting 134 days for a defective Meta Quest 3S Touch Plus left controller. It no longer turns on (battery contact failure). My case is still “under review” with no timeline. This delay is unreasonable. Please provide a clear update or replacement. @Meta

They promised to 'speed up' the process, but another week has passed and I haven't received a single response. My case has been stalled for months and @MetaQuestHelp is still ghosting me. Unacceptable @Meta
