Did you know that according to the theory of Quantum Immortality, it is physically impossible for you to experience your own death? Because your consciousness can only exist in a living state, the moment you face a fatal event, your mind simply locks onto a parallel universe where you survived. The times you "narrowly escaped" a car crash or a severe illness? You might have actually died in the original timeline, and this is just the alternate universe where you got lucky.

The scariest glitch in human anatomy is that you aren't actually seeing everything in the room right now. Your eyes have physical blind spots where the optic nerve connects to the retina. But instead of showing you a black hole in your field of vision, your brain instantly hallucinates and auto-fills the missing space with what it assumes is there.
In other words your brain is actively making up a percentage of it in real-time.

The truth is that a marriage should be a partnership of two wholes, not a hostile takeover where one person gets completely erased.
Whether you are a man or a woman, there is a massive difference between being a supportive spouse and being a financial prisoner in your own home.
It is heartbreaking to see anyone hand over every single kobo of their hard earned salary only to be punished with silence and anger the moment they try to be a human being.
Nobody’s parents struggled to put them through school just so they could become a silent ATM for a partner who doesn't value their family or their dignity.
When a spouse uses the silent treatment to control the other, it's nothing but manipulation.
We really need to stop romanticizing this kind of extreme, one sided sacrifice.
Real love doesn't strip you of your voice or make you feel like a criminal for taking care of your own blood.
Be a pillar of support for your home, yes, but never let yourself become a shadow.

Help a sister I got married 6 months ago, after the wedding. My husband requested for my salary to add up to his business and I gave him. Last month, my mom was s!ck and was admitted in the hospital, I called my husband to inform him before sending them money because I was at work, but his line was unava!lable. So I had to send the money, since It was emergency. When I came back from work, I informed my husband, the house was on fire for 30 minutes, that I have no right to spent the money because he needed the money. My parents trained me in school alone and I was working and earning money before I got married but now I can't even take care of myself but I am not complaining about it 😭 just that I sent money to my own mother I have ap0logized but he refused to talk to me since 25th of last month till now. How can I work and give him all my salary, I have to depend on him for my transportati0n and House expenses. This marriage is too early and I want peace in my home. How do I handle this situati0n Help a s!ster please 😭

@Adunniolaide02 Sis, please breathe. You did nothing wrong by saving your mother’s life. In an emergency, you don't wait for permission to be a human being. The fact that he is more upset about the money than your mother’s health is a major red flag that needs to be addressed.

The concept is saying you can’t experience your own death. It’s not that you can’t die, but rather that you cannot be conscious of it.
So basically, if you have ever had a near-death experience, there is a possibility you died in one reality and lived on in another. Since you can’t experience your own death, you won’t know if you died.
You are only aware that you had a near-death experience because you survived it.
