Good news: JPL is in contact again with Voyager 1, but on a very slow and faint link. Thanks to the great efforts of the Deep Space Network, which was able to pick up an incredibly weak S-band transmission.

@Frenck Maintaining state between runs is easier (for me). The async nature of HA automations can be hard to grok. Alexa devices via Virtual Smart Home is ❤️. Passing data to random other things is often more straight forward in NR.
