Josiah is an unmovable force in the trenches! They call him the "Trench Holder"! Great ability to split double teams, plays with great leverage, and has very quick 1st step off the snap. 335 Bench & 545 Squat allows him to hold and defeat 600+ lb double teams. 5'9 but plays 6'1
