⅛ cup paprika ½ teaspoon smoked paprika 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon cumin 1 lb ground beef 1 red bell pepper 1 can tomato juice 1 tomato 1/4 diced onion 1 can chili beans Salt and pepper 2 cups of noodles Mix your spices in a bowls. Make your noodles in a separate pot Carmelize your onions, I like to use anaconda oil. Salt and pepper Brown your beef. Add all your ingredients except noodles in a crock pot. Stir Wait a few hours Put noodles in your bowl first then pour over the chili. I like using radiator noodles. I like to eat it with corn bread sour cream and sometimes I add a couple jalapeños. If I don’t have noodles I like to use corn chips. I feel like I’m forgetting something 🤔

Chili without noodles is just beef and beans doing the dead mans float in a pool of tomato juice.
