@psycogenicFugue recently just started trying to recreate already existing photos. like i took a picture of emos making out and redrew it in greyscale. and if you really stick to the reference i think its really helpful for value and focusing on big shapes.

ok this is a serious question: how do i learn to draw completely from scratch. i feel like my fundamentals are so horrible from years of just doing shit by eye with no training and it's completely stunted any ability to improve whatsoever

line weight is so much easier with a pressure sensitive stylus, and lineart looks better without being messy.

@8thand9th Such a waste. I’ve always dreamed of a twt community where people actually support each other and boost each others stuff. It used to be like that on there early last year, you could get a bunch of retweets and comments from likeminded artists. Now, not so much unforch :(
