I'm going to delete this post in 48 hrs...
Because I just dropped the most BRAIN-DEAD creative strategy for scaling Facebook ads in 2026.
This is the exact TOP-TIER system we use to find winning ads at scale just by copying proven concepts from other industries and let AI do the job for us.
We charge $10,000/mo to do this for clients…
But today, I'm giving it away 100% FREE.
Like + Comment "BRAIN" and I'll send it to you.

Day 130: Road to $100k/month
Another solid $5k+ day.
I turned off minimum spend on several adsets that passed the learning phase.
Have to do learnings on those when I get some time.
I've got several different creative types working but there's this constant worry of ad fatigue.
I think it's just PTSD when you have something that is working so well and printing and then it stops working lol...
I'm also torn on whether to really start developing this into more of a proper brand, better shipping times from local 3PL, customizing the product, custom inserts, etc...
It does give a sense of building a bit of a moat but I'm conflicted on if this is really the right move at this stage in this store's lifespan...
And this is coming from someone who already did this with the last brand and ran it for 5 years.
The other side of me is worried about putting in a bunch of work and extra money to only have this store fizzle out in a few months, which would be a total waste.
Anyway, just a few thoughts going through my head as this scales up.

Stage 1 ads = "get a tan"
Stage 2 ads = "golden bronze glow in 2 weeks without UV damage"
Stage 3 ads = "melanin-boosting supplement stack (canthaxanthin + beta-carotene)"
Stage 4 ads = "natural tan pigment + no orange tint like spray tans"
Stage 5 ads = "supplement stack for pale-skinned guys who refuse tanning beds and sunburn in 10 minutes"

My 7-day testing protocol that prevents emotional ad account murder:
1. Set budget you can run for 30 days (not emotionally attached)
2. Pick amount that "hurts a little" but won't ruin you financially
3. Launch CBO campaign optimized for purchases
4. Put laptop in safe for 7 DAYS (don't touch it)
5. After 7 days: if you’re hitting target ROAS, scale +20% daily
6. Not hitting ROAS = replicate new angles from competitors
7. Duplicate ad set, delete old ads, load new ones
8. Wait another 7 days (repeat process)
9. After 30 days: if not profitable + no upward momentum = Scrap product
10. Move to next product (don't cry about it)
It's boring.
It works.
And it beats "checking every 5 minutes" 100% of the time.

The craziest part about cowork is that it was built in 1.5 weeks.
It makes you wonder where on earth we'll be in 12-18 months time...

5 brands I replicate ads from (and you should too):#
1. Dr. Squatch (high-production UGC style)
2. Ridge Wallet (benefit-focused, masculine tone)
3. AG1 (authority + transformation storytelling)
4. Rose Skin Co (luxury skincare angles)
5. My direct competitors (whatever's in their Ad Library 90+ days)
I don't copy word-for-word.
I take the concept + add one unique thing.
That's it.
