Crews are placing and grouting blocks as the sound wall continues to rise along the WB SR-91 on-ramp at Lakeview Ave. The wall has been relocated to support improvements along the corridor. Construction of a new drop on-ramp connecting to SB SR-55 that’ll begin late this year.
