There's no point in haggling with these people about why Erika Kirk dropped out of the event. If she went & was attacked, they would've said the attack was staged. If she got killed, they'd be saying she was just about to turn on Israel. It's all a game to them
Candace Owens@RealCandaceO

Please spare us the paid influencer campaign to convince us that Erika’s life was at risk from empty seats. Just this one time, please oh please spare us, Turning Point.

@bmsatter @NickPKuzma @kbtxsports It was a shitty hypothetical. You're forgetting that Buzz also left A&M but they don't have the same animosity because there's no report of him bitching out and not telling the team. and you're delusional if you don't think any fan base will react in a similar way.

I was playing a hypothetical. But if it eases your pain over this incredibly normal life occurrence, happy to help. And you proved my point. You’re just upset because he went to Texas. That’s it. Fans had to go “scorched earth” on this man because they couldn’t have him anymore. One of the greatest coaches in college baseball coached A&M for a little while, and moved on. He’s still one of the best coaches in college baseball but Aggies will do everything in their power to tear the man down. Because if they can’t have them, nobody can. This is their modus operandi—always will be.

Chants of “Useless Weiner” and “bullpen sucks” hurled at former Texas A&M and current Texas assistant coach Max Weiner. Section 203 still in the spirit during the rain delay @kbtxsports

@bmsatter @NickPKuzma @kbtxsports Thank you for proving my point that he bitched out. Almost every single coach has a meeting with their team about taking a new job. Any that don't, get criticized. And your Elko point, Duke and A&M are not rivals, and he had that meeting with his team.

Oh yes, that would’ve gone over real well in the all-too-understanding Aggie clubhouse. They might’ve even given him a going away present and cut a burnt orange cake in his honor? I guess we’ll never know. Again, this happens all the time. Coach Elko did a similar thing when he left Duke and Aggies aren’t barking about that. I’m not even sure Duke fans are either. They’re normal people who know people change jobs all the time.

@bmsatter @NickPKuzma @kbtxsports The conversation has been about letting people know you are leaving. 2 week notice and sports was not a one-to-one analogy. He could have easily done a quick team meeting the day after the College World Series to tell them that he was going to take the Texas job

Two-week notices are superfluous in sports. Falling behind on recruiting, and losing out on transfers are a genuine risk. Nobody wants a coach hanging around if they’re just going somewhere else. Hirings, firings, and job changes are quick. And changing jobs doesn’t show disrespect. You show your respect by being the best you can be while you are at that job—and Schloss did that. Aggies should be thankful for that and move on because people change jobs all the time.

@bmsatter @NickPKuzma @kbtxsports Here's a pro tip. Learn about respect. College and pro teams are different than corporate America. Speaking of corporate America, it's customary and respectful for co-workers and bosses to give a two-week notice before they actually leave. Even your own example proves my point.

Here’s a pro tip. Tell these college athletes who are about to enter the real world that people change jobs all the time. Coaches, players, bosses, friends, and coworkers will come and they will go. It’s a normal part of everyday life. They are not married to you and are free to pursue their own self-interests, just as you are free to pursue yours. Problem solved.

@bmsatter @NickPKuzma @kbtxsports That's not coddling. It's called respect. These players chose to play for you. Did everything you needed them to do in practices and in games. And then you just bitch out and don't even tell them you're gonna be leaving. That just shows he doesn't care about his players.

@94_Aggie @NickPKuzma @kbtxsports All coaches will say they aren’t leaving. Until a new job is finalized it’s absolutely true. And people change jobs all the time. Sure, you may miss them when they’re gone, but really this is a function of the real world. People come, people go. Water is wet.

@Catdaus90 @bmsatter @NickPKuzma @kbtxsports Players confirmed that he didn't and that they found out when eveyone else did. You may need to go back to school cause "don't even tell the team cause they're scared" is not even a complete sentence. It's only a complete sentence when you add" on top of that they bitch out and"

@bmsatter @NickPKuzma @kbtxsports Because most coaches know not to be spineless snakes. The reason they get this hate is because one day they say they're not leaving, then the next they take the job with the rival school and on top of that they bitch out and don't even tell the team cause they're scared.
