If you're feeling an ache, God is waiting to hear what's on your heart. "O Lord, all my longing is before you; my sighing is not hidden from you. But for you, O Lord, do I wait; it is you, O Lord my God, who will answer." Psalm 38:9, 15

Let's take God at His word!

What are you holding on to that you need to let go? Give it to God and don't hold on to it any longer. There's forgiveness, trust, and security in His hands.

It seems like everyone is working at a breakneck speed right now. Which do you need to do right now? Time alone? Prayer? A nap? Some rest? Jesus was so busy, and He's someone we can look to in how to be busy without running on empty.

And if you don't feel like you can see hope, remember that Jesus is the light of the world. You can look to Him to light the way.

"Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit." - Galatians 5:28

Maybe you just need to hear this right now: whatever you're going through right now, Jesus knows and He's working on your behalf.

Does this make you look at your job differently? Have you thought about it as a gift, privilege, and an offering to God?

Prayer is leaving the human world of impossibilities behind to enter God's world where anything is possible with Him!

When David wrote this, he was conveying that he didn't just wait on God... he *patiently* waited on God. He knew he couldn't hurry Him, and he knew God's answer was worth the wait. What are you waiting on God for today? Are you waiting patiently or with impatience?
