✍️ We’re delighted to announce the signing of defender Adam Anson from Alfreton Town. The 28-year-old joins the Mariners with a wealth of National League North experience, having previously represented Southport and Chorley. The centre-back further strengthens Bobby Grant’s options at the back following the acquisition of Declan Drysdale last week. On signing for Marine, Adam said: “I’m delighted to be here. Once I spoke to Bobby, I was convinced that this is the club that I want to come to. “Marine’s a massive club and they solidified themselves in the league last year, now we can push on and start looking towards the higher end of the table.” Manager Bobby Grant said: “Adam is a player with a lot of experience and knows what it takes to operate at this level.
